Spends his brother's money to prevent his brother's
children from having food, clothes and medical.
- Trustee to provide for "well-being" and "protection" has home destroyed.
- Trustee to provide for "well-being" and "protection" refuses to pay for heart medicine.
- Trustee to provide for "well-being" and "protection" separates a loving father from his children.
- Trustee to provide for "well-being" and "protection" pays law firm Herzfeld & Rubin $80,000 from my Trust to prevent my children getting money for food and clothes - from seeing doctors!
- Trustee to provide for "well-being" and "protection" lies - commits perjury in New York State Court.
In an attempt to hide emergencies and human suffering from the Supreme Court of New York that Bernard Leyden's son and grandchildren face in Israel, Herzfeld & Rubin have described the separation of Bernard Leyden's son from his children, the eviction and destruction of his home, urgent appeals for heart medicine and the litigating of over 80,000 dollars in legal fees taken by Herzfeld & Rubin to create such hardships as "frivolous".
Such callous indifference and the blatant misleading of the court and legal counsel with reference to a Trust for which Herzfeld & Rubin authored and content which is protected by Fair Use is now being heard by the Supreme Court of New York.
